As part of Walsh Construction's Design-Build Team, Palmer Engineering was responsible for the design of 16 bridges and all drainage design in section 1 of the Kennedy Interchange project in downtown Louisville, which links I-64, I-65, and I-71. The project involved designing major structures, flyovers, ramps, and local access points. Palmer provided ongoing support throughout the construction phase, offering on-call services, reviewing plans, and ensuring timely project completion.
