The US 460 Pike County highway project, stretching from US 23 south of Pikeville to KY 195 in Marrowbone, stands as one of Palmer Engineering’s most significant roadway design achievements. Completed in December 2014 with a construction value of $250 million, the project addressed critical transportation needs by improving safety, efficiency, and connectivity for Eastern Kentucky.
