Palmer completed the right-of-way processes involved with the KY 1159 reconstruction project in Bracken County, which included 67 parcels. The acquisitions began at the Brooksville city limits and ended approximately 1/2 mile from the AA Highway. Parcels included rural residential and farmland properties, some of which were split and created remainders. Palmer handled the entire process in a manner that informed affected property owners of the process and addressed special relocation concerns.
