Palmer Engineering provided land surveying and civil engineering services for the upgrade and replacement of the Chiller Plant and an associated building addition at the Lexington Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Cooper Division at Building 4. Palmer provided topographic survey of the proposed construction area and adjacent roadways. Demolition design of the existing facilities in the building and chiller plant footprint were provided as well as site design of the area between the proposed buildings and adjacent roadways. New driveways and sidewalks were designed to connect the new building to the existing drives and roadways.
