This project involves roadway improvements for one mile of White Hall Road. The route serves the White Hall State Historic Shrine that includes walking paths and bike paths throughout the historic site. The project added bike lanes in each direction and connects to the existing paths. The project also includes widening of a culvert and requires the extension of multiple pipes.
